They are operating under several names - Christian Kitchens - Kitchen Company and Cheap Kitchens UK (CKU) in Manchester

I'm having a nightmare of a time with these kitchen suppliers - I've been chasing them for over 3 weeks for missing parts for my kitchen - design was wrong for a start - then to received damages doors and units they even sent a kitchen without any hinges?

I've called them over 40 times only to be ridiculed and laughed at - not only have ive been lied too repeatedly each and every time I've called - anyone who was dealing with the query is either off sick or not available - its been so stressful but im taking them the whole way with this I wont be fobbed off :mad: no matter how many times they leave me waiting or cut me off or hang up on me.

I have contacted the local press in Manchester where they are based and the Police now awaiting Trading Standards getting back to me.

The very title (includes 'cheap') should be enough to put you off. I'd equate a cheap kitchen with tat.

Wren Kitchens are as bad, their customer service is the worst ever, dont buy from them. Bits missing and they couldnt care less

I am experiencing the same thing. Someone has to stop them. They treat us like idiots. I cant believe tgat these cowboys companies are allowed to abuse, misstreat and garras costumers so freely and not get punished. Contacting them is like waiting to be persecuted. How can I get in touch with you and plan together how to sort thing out please? Many thanks
