MSE Credit Club

I have just attempted to sign up with MSE credit club in the last few minutes- after 2 attempts it has failed to register me.
It's not clear what is causing the issue, I have checked all my details and they are correct.
Wanted to take advantage of this facility after paying out for Experian etc last year while attempting to buy shared ownership property.
Any ideas? How many others have failed to be accepted for MSE credit club?
Thank you

Hi Petite Anglaise,
Thank you for letting us know and I'm sorry to hear you've failed verification.
This section is managed by Experian and will ask you specific questions relating to your accounts and if you answer them incorrectly, you will not pass.
Unfortunately this does happen in around 15-20% of cases and although it's frustrating but to protect your data from being used fraudulently, we simply don't have the reason as to why you failed, nor are Experian able to tell you why.
For now this means that you'll unfortunately be unable to register for Credit Club which I appreciate is disappointing. However we're working closely with Experian to look to improve how the service works in the future.
You do still have a legal right to check your credit file. This is because it’s important you know the information that companies have on you. You can request a full Statutory credit report from Experian directly for £2 – info on how to do this can be found here.
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/check-free-credit-report#should
You'll get a copy of your full credit file and will be able to correct any mismatches which may be causing this problem.
I hope this information helps.0
