Both the estate agent and seller's solicitor informed my solicitor and I that
"One of the seller has already sent a pack to seller's solicitor"
"They are waiting for another seller to send the initial draft contract pack to seller's solicitor."
That doesn't sound quite right to me. The seller does not supply the draft contract pack to the solicitor, it is the job of the solicitor to assemble the draft contract package, along with supporting documents.
It may be that the solicitor is waiting to receive some completed form from both sellers, likely to be the fixtures and fittings form, and the sellers property information form.
I would ask the EA who is looking after the property you are hoping to purchase to contact the sellers solicitor and establish exactly what they are waiting for, and then chase the two sellers accordingly.0
