Pcn uk parking patrol office limited

I received a window ticket from UK Parking Patrol Office Limited, I have checked that they are a member of the IPC and from the other Forum pages I will wait for a Notice to Keeper.
However, I have images of the car park (This is the car park in my flats in Elmira Way) and there are 2 signs visible for different parking enforcement scumpanies. Should I send an appeal on this basis?
Advice would be appreciated!

Whatever reasons you put in an initial appeal will be rejected. How you deal with this is covered in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1.
There's very little you can do with an IPC operator to shake this off. It's likely to need a judge to kill it. Initial appeal (using the template), then ignore anything else other than court papers. Come back if you get any of these. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I read the Newbies post and as I said, I will be waiting for the Notice to Keeper then sending the template provided.
Will this basically mean I just have to pay it or it will go to a judge and the template letter/email is just a delaying tactic?0 -
There's no guarantee that it will go to a judge. Fewer than 1% of tickets end up in the small claims court. I've never read a UKPPO case of suing - 1 case showing in the BMPA records in over 2 years; that probably wasn't a parking case.

But legally, they have six years to sue, but my guess - as things stand today - it's not going to happen. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
