Premier Park Ltd ---- SCAM EXCUSE

THE SCAMMERS SAID:

"'Based on this statement and the fact that we recorded 15 payments for parking on the payment terminals during this time, this indicated spaces were available and all the machines were working correctly, therefore the appeal was denied."

Does not remotely mean that spaces were available

Daily Mail trying to influence how the country votes next month & they STILL don't know the difference between a fine and an invoice.

Seems to be slightly different stories here.
We drove around for about a quarter of an hour looking for two spaces in the car park before deciding to go somewhere else.
I travelled to Falmouth on 15th April with my mother. When I entered the car park, after driving round several times, I finally found a car parking space.
As with any newspaper report, you're never quite sure!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I see we have the usual crop of stupid comments to the story, ranging from "ignore they won't take you to court" to "you broke the law, pay the fine".
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
