O2 Random Charge After Cancellation

I had a phone contract for 14 months, i broke my phone in January and to cancel it would cost £150 whereas to fix my phone cost £200+. I chose to cancel the contract and take a new one out with Vodafone instead...

Around 4 weeks after cancelling the contract over the phone and paying it off on my bank card in the same call, i get an email from an O2 mycare saying that i owe £237 or something. I put it down to some scam from sold details etc, as mobile phone companies clearly do as whenever my contract comes to an end i get a hundred calls from everybody to join them.

I ignored them email and i get sent a letter from O2 link- https://m.imgur.com/3wpQL70 which was full of bad grammar and poor english. So i assumed it was a fake and ignored.
