One way to help relax is to light up homemade wax melts from Durham company Rosie Mai’s Wax Melts. Their melts are made from soy wax blended with a range of fragrances, including Chantelle No 5 (no prizes for guessing what fragrance that’s based on), clean cotton, and fig and brown sugar. Simply place the melt in the burner, light it up, and let the fragrance soothe you.

If you could do with some downtime and the help of Rosie Mai’s Wax Melts, then you’ll want to enter our competition. Up for grabs is a large gift pack, complete with a ceramic burner, 20 melts and a dozen tealights, plus a £30 gift voucher to spend online to replenish your supplies when they run out.
