I ordered the Groupon on Monday and still can't use the codes. Despite an email to the company, a post on their facebook page (which they immediately deleted) and two conversations with Groupon I was still unable to use anything.


A final email from me actually received a response and the guy Mohammed asked me if I wanted to order because the offer was still available. When I replied I'd already ordered and couldn't use the codes as I'd already explained he said that there had been lots of Groupon issues and suggested I get a refund from Groupon, order at full price and send him the refund confirmation and then they would refund me the discount!


A small company on Dragons Den over a year ago that couldn't work out the difference between having a trademark and being told how to apply for one (and had to change their name because the original one was already taken) - thanks Deborah Meeden for pointing that out, obviously still don't know what they're doing.


Groupon haven't been much better. They just keep telling me to wait. If Professional Gains are having this much of a problem supplying customer and using codes why the HELL are Groupon still selling the deal? Oh, yes, money. Duh.

What is wrong with Mohammed's offer? It sounds like they know there has been a problem with Groupon so they are offering a solution to put you in the same position had the offer worked correctly.

You're both actually assuming that Professional Gains will honour it and I'd get the discount refunded.


Given they've avoided responding since Monday, delete facebook queries about problems with Groupon and Groupon themselves say they can't get the company to respond with an answer as to the technical issues I'd say it's a bet I'd not like take. Groupon have now posted a warning say there are "delays" with the codes.


My warning was for people looking to buy the Groupon. In my opinion don't bother, because Professional Gains can't supply the offer Groupon is selling.
