Good job on updating it and getting a fairer premium; I'd have argued it's one claim as it's one insurable event that has occurred.
If / when they agree to update their records, get it confirmed in writing that they have updated CUE and MIAFTR databases as these are what insurers will check. Also get it confirmed in writing that this has been done to save any come-back down the line.0 -
