Santander upheld ppi claim, but no sign of money

Back in early March 2017, after several attemps to get santander to send me the PPI settlement offer (eventually emailed to my local branch and they immediately faxed the signed offer back to PPI claim department, with confirmation they have received it),
I am still waiting after several weeks for payment to be deposited into my account.
Everytime I call the PPI department, it's one excuse after another.
It's impossible to speak to someone in authority, even my own branch seem helpless to sort out.

They have confirmed they have received my signed copy of the ppi accepting form, together with my account number and sort code, yet they keep saying we will pass your concerns over to our payment team.

According to the acceptance form and Santander's own website, payment will be made WITHIN two weeks upon receipt of signed form.
This has been well over two weeks and still no payment.
I don't have any debts or other reason as to withold this money.
Can anyone help or advise as I don't seem to be getting anywhere with ppi department?
