Will neighbours garden affect our valuation survey?

I read this as the valuation organised by the buyer of the OP's house, so for survey purposes or mortgage application. Either way the neighbours garden will not materially affect the valuation, as Guest says.
Yes this is correct. Sorry if I have not explained correctly! It is the valuation for our buyers arranged by their bank.0 -
Ah, ok. .... I withdraw my earlier drivel!0

Our neighbours' garden at our last house was a total tip. We agreed a sale in winter when it looked a bit less of a tip. Didn't affect the valuation one iota.0

We bought a property a year ago and our new neighbours have quite a bit of 'junk' in both the back and front gardens, including a caravan and two cars that's are not in use (he does actually clean the cars and mow the lawns though! Our survey valuation wasn't affected, however, we know of people who had viewed the house and said they were put off by the gardens. Personally it doesn't bother me. We fell in love with the house and unless I want a nosey at the gardens I don't have to look at them.0
