Advice needed

Hi. Advice please. I am going to Florida later this year and am thinking of paying my holiday balance and tickets by credit card and then paying this off in full. But wondering what the best credit card would be in order to get something back. Like cashback, airmiles or clubcard points.

Amex gold if they dont charge extra to use it....

Sign up with quidco get some cashback (not sure how much), recieve complimentary airport lounge passes x 2, spend £2,000 pounds within 3 months and recieve 20,000 amex points. These can converted into all sorts, I normally change to amazon vouchers and in conjuntion with another offer get circa 130£ worth of goods.... Cancel afterwards and do all over again in 6 months when you are eligable for a new customer offer :)

This is the key phrase here - most airlines and holiday companies will add a surcharge for payment by credit card, which will often outweigh any perks you might earn, so make sure you look at both sides of the equation when investigating this!

cancel when you get back - some airlines insist on seeing the credit card you paid for the flights with when you check in
