written off car in an non-fault accident
Hi, Can someone help me - 2 years ago my car was written off (Cat C I think)following an non-fault accident -so the claims company allowed me to keep the car for 100 of the payout price. ive been driving it for the last two years and its been through two MOTS. Yesterday someone hit my car (their fault) damage looks pretty bad pretty much the whole of the drivers side is dented and scratched. so im thinking they wont repair, but now im concerned that the insurance wont pay out because ive already been paid out for the vehicle in the previous accident. Anyone know how this would work?
Thanks in advance

You will get a payout based on the value of it being a CAT C, IE 10-20% less than what they consider Market value ?
