• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com and register their details.
• Online entry opens at 00.01 on Wednesday 10th May and will close at 14.00pm on Thursday 18th May.
• From all elegible entries, global will randomly select and shortlist a selection of entrants each day to to play. Of all shortlisted entries, one will be selected each day to play. Entry selection times will be between 10.00 & 14.00 each day on:

• Friday 12th May
• Monday 15th May
• Tuesday 16th May
• Wednesay 17th May
• Thursday 18th May

• Entrants will be contacted by telephone. Selected entrants will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot conitnute the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
• Each entrant and their parent must be available to take calls and participate in the competition during the Capital London Breakfast show (Monday-Friday 0600-1000) on each day of the competition.

Barcelona Prize Terms & Conditions

• Helicopter flight will last approximately 40 minutes and is subject to availability. Flights operate from the Barcelona downtown Helipad. Please note all flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. Tours are not private. All helicopters seat 5 passengers and will operate with a minimum of 4 passengers each. Children aged two years old and above are permitted on board the helicopter. Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required. Passenger weight details are required to equilibrate the total weight of the flight. Seating distribution on board is subject to the pilot's judgement. Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 220 lbs (100 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat. Spa Package Terms & Conditions

• Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance for the spa day. Should the winner not 
drive, alternative transportation arrangements will be made using public transport 
where possible. 

• Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some 
treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Available seven days a week. Please book at least four weeks in advance. Opening hours vary between locations. The clubs are mixed and welcome men and women aged 18 or over. Please note, disabled access varies depending on location (please check at time of booking). Treatments are pre-booked and last around 55 minutes in total. From the five options quoted, choose either two 25 minute treatments each or one 55 minute treatment. Feel free to spend the rest of the day relaxing and using the facilities. Please bring flip-flops, gym clothes, trainers, towels and swimwear. Alternatively a robe and slippers can be hired on the day for £6.
