Debt Collector Stage - Need Advice

Okay I think I may have screwed up my own chances here but just want to hear some advice before I pay the fine.
I got a parking fine from ParkingEye by parking in a Morrisons car park in Scotland. I was parked there on 31/12/16 about 10 pm till 1/1/17 11 am. Was reading newbies thread and panicked as stupid me chucked out the first warning letter saying I got a reduced fine of £50. I still have the second and final notice of £85 fine.
I haven't appealed and just ignored these letters up until this point now I had my second letter from Debt Recovery Plus asking for £145.
Since I don't have the first letter of the fine, is there much I can do? Or should I pay the fine asked by DRP?
Much help appreciated

I'll give you advice but not if you are thinking of paying this charge (it's not a fine).
It will be cancelled within a week, with one email to Morrisons.
You have the PCN number, it's on the final notice, so this is easy - AND IT'S SCOTLAND! NO-ONE PAYS!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

It is not a fine.
You are in Scotland so you can ignore a parking charge if you wish as long as the parking scammers do not know who was driving. This is explained in the NEWBIES thread.
You can ignore debt collectors anywhere in the UK. The Newbies thread explains why it is safe to do so.
You have obviously missed the NEWBIES thread which is just below where you clicked on the New Thread button.
Alternatively you can complain to the CEO of Morrisons who will cancel this for you.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I wasn't going to pay, I have just seen and read through so much different stuff, I should of came on here ages ago.
An email would work and would i just say about my case of parking overnight? Even though I never went and bought anything from the store, sorry if I sound really clueless. Should probably read more into the newbie thread0 -

If you don't understand how the unregulated parking industry works, my advice would be to ignore anything and everything you get except real court papers. Since you are in Scotland this won't happen unless some idiot tells the scammers who was driving.
In other words, don't contact anyone and ignore EVERYTHING that comes through your letterbox except real court papers. You will easily recognise these because they will be delivered by flying pigs.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Okay thanks chaps. I haven't had contact with anyone so I'll continue doing so.
So will DRP just keep threatening me monthly or will I start hearing from PE again?0 -
Seen the bit about 35 letters from DPR, safe to assume that the harassment will continue I assume. Sorry again for creating yet ANOTHER DPR post.0

35 .... 100 .... 1000 letters from DRP ? who knows the mentality of this wayward firm ...... they just waste their time
IGNORE DRP, THE STUPID LETTERS WILL STOP.
THEY WILL NOT EARN A PENNY, JUST TIMEWASTERS
If PE comes back to you, come back here
PS: Sending out stupid letters is all DRP can do .... no visits to you, no bailiffs, no nothing.0 -
If you contact Morrisons head office they will cancel it for you. If you don't feel confident doing that then you can ignore it. Scotland has different laws to England which makes it difficult for PE and DRP to do anything other than send you letters.0

Thanks all, I have a much better understanding of things now.
I'm not that confident in contacting Morrisons but I noticed there's several cases that have won regarding to Morrisons on here. I'll have a read through them before taking up any complaint.0 -
just send an email as keeper to donotreply @ morrissons as seen in those other threads and insist the pcn is cancelled
, use a new "trashmail" gmail address for it
there is no keeper liability in Scotland , so do not reveal the drivers details , plus add proof of patronage as well
and read this thread too
