Hi,
I have taken out a mortgage and will be moving into new property soon.
How long should I leave before applying for a credit card?
Thanks
MS

On what basis?
I think OP is far better applying for a credit card now if they have been at their current address for a few years, as they will have less address history to complete (and will likely be on the electoral register).
The impact of a credit search/application from the mortgage is likely to be far less problematic than the financial provider failing to find them electronically once their address changes.
I have applied for new credit cards in advance of our last 2 home moves to assist with the costs of new bits of furniture, decorating supplies etc. It's worked well.0
