Student Loan Question

I am currently filling out my first self assessment online. However, I was surprised to see on the first page, "Our records show that you have an Income Contingent Student Loan for which repayment began before 6 April 2017 Is this correct?"

To put it in perspective, I am filing as self employed/sole trader. However, I am only 16. I answered no to this question, but I have never taken out a student loan in my life, neither would it be possible for me to at my age.

Is this a cause for concern, or just something I can pass over as a question asked to everyone? I'm hoping i haven't fallen victim of identity theft...

Cheers
