Are you talking about the divorce itself or the consent order splitting assets after the divorce?

I think you need the consent order. All the info here https://www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Services/Consent-Order.html

For my divorce, which was an agreed clean break split, we each had to fill in Form A "Summary of Means", a lot less detailed than Form E.

A consent order is not bullet proof if the OH contests it in the future after the divorce but having one does provide certain protection. I wonder if Form A is as equally protective or not as much.
