Hi,
I've started a switch from current supplier to another supplier for dual fuel.
I've a switch date of the 17th May.
So what do I do if I want to switch to the MSE Big switch ??

You e-mail your new supplier and ask for the transfer of supply to be cancelled (provided that no more than 14 days have elapsed since you signed up to your new contract). Ask them to confirm in writing that your contract with them, and the transfer have been cancelled.
You are then free to initiate another switch. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Many thanks, my cooling off period ended tomorrow, so I've sent an email straight to cancel in the nick of time.
Also done the big switch with MSE0
