Can I sue Megabus because the coach driver waved at me and drove past me?

I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right section, sorry if I haven't.
Yesterday, I was supposed to be catching a Megabus coach to St.Pancras in London. I was there in good time, (half an hour before the coach was due in fact) and was stood at the exact stop it specified on my ticket and I was clearly visible to the driver. Nothing could possibly go wrong, right?
Nothing except for the fact that when the bus turned up, it turned up on time I'll give them that, but didn't slow down to stop, it just shot straight past me, and the driver waved at me as he drove past me!
It didn't even stop further up anywhere else, just kept going until it was off in the distance.
Because of this I ended up missing my interview. :unimpressed:
So, can I sue Megabus because the coach driver waved at me and drove straight past me and caused me to miss out on my interview?

You could TRY but unless you have undeniable proof {cctv ect} that you were where you say you were and at the time you say you were I think you would have a very hard time proving any of it.0

They have to provide a copy under a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act. Cost £10.
I complained when another coach company driver did a similar thing (although I didn't get a wave!) and got £50 compensation plus the cost of alternative transport refunded.
Also many coaches have CCTV now, inside and out, so it would be easy to verify that the driver didn't stop at that stop. But complain quickly as it may be wiped within 7 days - the on-vehicle data storage is limited.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Did you put your hand out in the usual way to signal the bus to stop?0
