Just arrived in Herkalion (Crete)to be informed resort hoppa and A2B transfers have gone bust! Just had to pay €40 for a taxi, lots of angry people at the airport. Anyone else had any problems
Update: found there number apparently the supplier
Cretean holidays has gone bust, so no transfers and they can't guarantee there will be a transfer back to the airport next week .They are going to refund my booking.
Hopefully other people will see this before they travel as I had no communication from hoppa this had happened

Well, their website is still up and taking bookings.
I must say that I've used them several times and never had a serious issue. They are only the booking agent and use local operators in each resort so they are only as good as the guys on the ground0 -

What they should refund is the cost of your taxi ride, not just the amount you paid them.0 -

They've gone bust, doubt there is enough in the kitty to fund 3rd party expenses.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages, student & coronavirus Boards, money saving boards.
