    Yay!

Please copy the POPLA decision, paste it into a reply in 'POPLA Decisions' at the top of the forum and separate the wall of text into paragraphs so we can read the decision.

Also post a link to this thread, and state who the parking firm was, in that sticky thread, for posterity.

    Brilliant. Well done. :T
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A fudge imo. Whether the signs are the best in the worlds, or rhe worst, the fact remains that this company and the managing agents are interfering with leaseholders/tenants rights to quiet enjoyment of their property. They are harassing occupants, which is not what they are hired for.

OP has clearly spent several hours putting together his/her Popla appeal. At whose expense I have to ask.

OP should now make life difficult for the PPC and the MA. Invoice them for his time, invoice the MA for his time, raise the matter at the AGM/RA meeting, canvas other residents.

The appeal should have been dismissed on primacy of contract not signage, there should be no signs there, PPCs have no place in residential car parks unless they respect the rights of the occupants.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
