This is why ANPR will eventually die a death.

Surely, if there were dozens of other motorists overstaying at the same time, the PPC would realise that there was something up.
If they have applied for DVLA details, they have, i.m.o, done so without proper cause. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

You are talking about the real world Mr Deep, this is scammers world which Highview Parking belong to.
Highview are only interested in what the camera sees, they are simply blinkered eyed scammers
Let's hope a lot of those people come here so we can show them how to ZAP the scammers.
As mistercesq says, death is overdue for ANPR.
Highview are small fry in the scam, imagine if this was Excel/VCS and their wonky, incompetent solicitors BWLegal, the courts would no doubt enjoy a mass whooping
YES, well knowing the problem, why did Highview request data from the DVLA ??????0 -

Clearly these people all deserve PCN's! Didn't they read the terms and conditions whilst they were waiting for hours to leave the car park? :rotfl:0 -
I agree Mr B, the scammers will probably not see common sense, and refuse appeals, and lose at PoPLA. Those who pay up pay up. They would probably otherwise spend the money on strong cider and scratch cards, but the others, the ones who come to us, could be on a nice little earner. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
