Daligas -- disappointed......

I have been with Daligas for a few years and they have been OK. The billing, or lack of it, is a bit primitive but I don't mind as I keep a spreadsheet to track my consumption. I have even left some positive comments on here and prices have been good.
I left them for another company and the final bill arrived quite a few weeks' later. The bill was accurate but had a large carried forward figure. Anybody who has used Daligas knows that a settlement is made at the end of each contract to bring the account to zero. Previously, they have credited my bank account at the end of a contract and I paid them what I owed at the end of the immediately previous one.
I have paid what I think I owe but I am not paying the fictitious amount. I am disappointed in them and of course there is no response from them when I queried the total.
These things matter if you are building a business.
