And... finally bed time. I love that feeling when my whole weeks list is ticked off. Along with quite a lot of extras! Decorating is finished I think although there's some more bits I want to do now before new carpet goes down.
Nothing better than starting a Monday morning list with nothing carried over!
I have found enough to eBay at the start of next month (I can only list 20 listings a month) It does mean I need to buy some Jeans and bits for myself as I only have one pair that's wearable now. Will sort that next weekend though. All 3 kids need socks! I don't know where they go! Youngest needs some leggings and tops and DD Tops and a skirt/leggings. Will need to have a look around because I haven't found anything reasonable on eBay. Girls need trainers/shoes for playing watching some on eBay. DS is fine thanks to the things given to him x0 -
Hello. I've been reading your diary and i have no idea how you managed. I'd have been a blubbing heap on the carpet! So glad you got the DLA, they dont exactly rush themselves to sort it. Echo what everyone said about tax credits, as long as you get medium or high rate DLA the disable tax credit is automatic, minimal hoops to jump through. So happy for you, you deserve good things happening for a change0

But I gave all of May's too small clothes away to charity a couple of months agoI need to do some decorating, if you can find the time I'm sure I can! You make me feel lazy!

Thank you x
Hidden, I've now finally opened the instant access savings account for the cars. :j Been meaning to do it for ages so thanks for the reminder/push to actually do it. :T
All sounding good with the girls' room. :jSuccess is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -
Morning, Hidden. Your plan is looking good. The important thing is you now have enough money coming in every month to cover your outgoings, pay your debts and feed and clothe your family. That must be a huge relief after all this time of wondering where the next penny was coming from. You've got a bit of leeway now so be kind to yourself.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

Fantastic news on the DLA, I'm so pleased that has come together for you!
Definitely double check if you can get contents insurance through your local authority, if not, and you have to arrange yourself, don't forget to take advantage of cash back sites0 -

This is on today's list, looking at my old paperwork I think it was cancelled when we went into arrears. So will call them and see where I stand and what to do. Although I found it on a comparison site not much more in price than what we where paying to the local housing one.
^^ I like to pretend I know what I'm talking about but I actually have zero idea and hoping my step dad will look at the comparison sites and tell me what I need :rotfl:0
