Am I allowed?

Hi all

I recently i won an experience day and have recieved a voucher worth £99. I dont want it and it doesnt say my name on it so i was going to sell it on ebay for half price. The voucher isnt for any activity in particular so the person who buys this can pick from a whole range of things to do.

my question is..... being as this was a prize am i allowed to sell it? I would hate to sell it then find the person cant use it as its in my name or something daft like that.

thanks :)

A couple of Christmas's ago I won a red letter day experience voucher value of £50 through a radio competition, I sold mine on Ebay and got £40 for it, it wasn't in my name or anything, just came through the post in a presentation pack like you'd buy in the shop. I did wait until it arrived before putting it on Ebay though just to make sure that it wasn't named or anything.

    hth.
  • Thanks sam I will just put it on then and see what happens. :)

Just letting you know the voucher came into good use in the end.

I sold it to a lady i know for £50 and she put it in a raffle to raise money for a boy from belarus who needs an operation on his back and she raised £750.00.

I mailed the company and they said the voucher was fully transferable so in the end all worked out well :):)
