I have the F1 (v2 not v3). Really liked them. A bit softer compared to other tyres. Good grip in warm weather. I prefer my Michelin PS4 tyres.

Then again I have a performance hatchback so i'm more likely to put my foot down going round corners.

I've had both at different times on different vehicles, they are both good tyres for traction and grip.

Making detailed comparisons is difficult at the Bridgstone was on a front engined, four wheel drive saloon and the goodyear on a mid engined rear wheel drive two seater.

I have Bridgestones on my car and they're very good on performance and wear but they are a little noisy.

Goodyear's wear down very quickly in my experience.

Tyres all about compromise so assuming all else are equal you just have to pick one and see what you think.

I prefer Goodyear but then again have never tried Bridgestone.

I can't see the Bridgestones causing any specific problems. They're a high quality tyre as is the Goodyear.

Which is the best depends on your priorities, the individual car, etc.

In fact I'd go so far as to suggest that the average driver won't notice any difference between the two.
