and there doesn't seem to be anything immediately obvious in the actual Ts & Cs but of course they, as with any other bank, will base their decision on a whole range of factors over and above those made public.Eligibility criteria
To apply for an M&S Current Account you must:- be 18 years of age or over
- be happy for us to undertake a credit register search and credit scoring in the UK
