Have I messed up my appeal?

Hi,
So I have read a lot of the Newbie thread and feel as though I should have read it properly before I started my appeal against SIPS. (think I listened to the old advice of 'ignore' by accident).
Essentially, I have pleaded with SIPS (mostly over the phone) stating that I had unwittingly parked in a 'permit only' spot without realising. I had, however, parked there on 10 previous occasions without PCN and had paid for parking on the day (may be irrelevant). I am now at the County Court phase - £239.70 is being sought from me and I have now 6 days with which to create a defence. PLEASE HELP! I have read the Court Thread - should I post my proposed defence and let you guys go to town on it?
Thanks in advance!

I should note, that I am about to respond to summons on the Money Claim Online page, which I believe will ensure a further 14 days with which to put together a defence0

there is no "summons" , this is not a criminal matter
there is an MCOL , just follow post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread , acknowledge online and extend the deadline by 14 days
then start on your draft defence and post it for critique0
