make your child a millionaire

Is anyone doing this?

http://www.fool.co.uk/10steps/financialfreedom/9.htm

It suggests a tracker, what is one of them then?

If anyone is investing for thier children's retirement, i would love to know how you are doing so.

Thanks

Lynn

  • A tracker is any one of a number of stock market investments that broadly track a section of the market; essentially, you chuck in your money and the fund splits it between a number of different companies for you. If you had a FTSE100 tracker, your money would be split between shares in the companies in the FTSE100.

Over the long term, the stockmarket does better than straight savings and property.
