in Parking tickets, fines & parking
Just got this letter, what do I do??

ZZPS are asking me to pay £170.00 on behalf of their client indigo for failing to display a ticket or voucher at hove station.

What do I do, do I just pay or fight it??

    What you do is read the NEWBIES Sticky Thread, at the top of this forum. That will tell you exactly what to do.


    Once you get to appeal stage then the contributors on this forum will help you to compile your appeal.

    Please tell me this is not the one you posted about in March, when Coupon-Mad told you:
    Simple one to appeal and win at POPLA. Do not pay, do not ignore.

    I know the station and the car park and have helped a friend get off 4 unfair Indigo PCNs there. DO NOT write an appeal about what happened and don't say who was driving in the appeal.

    If it is then did you ignore that advice and not appeal to POPLA? If so then that was a mistake as you would have won at POPLA with Coupon-Mads help.
