Entry requirements

1. No purchase is necessary to enter however internet access and a valid social media account for Facebook or Twitter is required.
2. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
3. Employees of the Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, who are in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Entries via agents or third parties will be invalid.
The Promotion
5. Entrants will have an opportunity to enter a prize draw.
6. The prize will be a Manchester United shirt signed by Wayne Rooney and an Epson EcoTank 3600 printer. The winning posts will also be projected at Old Trafford
7. To enter, entrants must post on the Epson UK Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EpsonUK or tweet the Epson UK page (https://www.twitter.com/EpsonUK) using the hashtag #ILoveUnitedBecause with a reason why Manchester United are your favorite football team from 4th May 2017 at 9:00 CMT to the 24th May 2017 at 12:00 GMT.
8. The winner will be selected on the Friday 26th May 2017 at 11:00 GMT. The Promoter’s decision on the prize and winner is final.
9. The winner will be notified via the social media accounts with which they entered the promotion within 72 hours of the winner being selected. The winner must respond to any communication to claim their prize within 14 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these Terms.
10. The prize will be sent out within 126 days of the end of the #ILoveUnitedBecause competition (29/09/17).
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter for any reason by the relevant closing date and time. Proof of sending will not be treated as proof of receipt.
12. The prize is genuine Manchester United products.
13. Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
14. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes in whole or part of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
Obligations
15. Entrants will hold the Promoter harmless from any claims in relation to their entry in so far as that the entry infringes the personal or proprietary right of any other person.
16. Each entrant confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their name and/or Instagram handle on other Epson social media channels and platforms.
17. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the promotion, unless otherwise stated. By participating in this promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promotor for the purposes of the administration of this promotion, including sharing their name and/or Instagram handle with other entrants if they win a prize, and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Twitter. You acknowledge that any and all information that you submit to enter this promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Facebook or Twitter and you agree that Facebook and Twitter shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this promotion. You agree to a complete liability release for Facebook and Twitter.
19. Winners agree to take part in reasonable post-promotion publicity and to the use of their names in such publicity.
20. These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
21. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
