Pond fish food

Have both koi and goldfish in pond. Some koi are big but there are more much smaller fish that really struggle to eat the large pond sticks that swell on hitting the water. Have purchased 10kg bags from two sources but fish don't really like them but do finish eventually.
Can anyone recommend or suggest a reasonably priced source of good feed in a mixture of medium and full sized floating sticks/pellets ?
I get confused when offers come by 'litres' -litres relate to liquid not weight or more importantly volume. Then they make more confusing by offering in 1030 gr. 'Weight' !
Anyway, looking for an inexpensive food that the fish will enjoy.
