Manage my tax credit site

Tried to look at payment schedule and it says auto renewal do I have any changes the only way you can get to look at schedule is by clicking yes or no,
So I clicked no and it then shows them and says my renewal will be processed but not trying to do renewal as my pack hasn't come.
Does anyone know a solution to this

Not sure,though I did visit the tax credits site recently, ahead of making ammendments to hours worked.

From what I know renewals are upto end June hence I havent bothered making any changes..yet.

If I find the time today, I'll try re visiting as I didn't try the mentioned payments shchedle part as I use online banking to check only received payments.

site only shows my next payment and amount.

Can't auto renew yet until pack arrives in post before end of July.

Mine won't show next payment unless you click no changes to renewal.

I manged to ammend my wages and hours yeterday.

No idea what difference reduced hours might make to wtc.

Though once I got past multiple password resets, the ammendment was very srtaight fowrward,think i'ts upto 4 weeks before I'll know future wtc's

Not that I know of.

I'm changing to part time hours from next week, hence I ammended my hours and earnings online, I haven;y yet received my renewal pack yet.

iq if i get 27.84 weekly 37.5 hours.
What wtc will I get for 22 hours?

Mine said I've auto renewed on the manage my tax credit site!
Not had my renewal pack but did a quick check of circumstances all appears ok. Just would not let me go past that point to look at next payment. Unless I said did I have any changes to report yes or no!!

This is a blip on system I think

When renewal pack arrives I'll have to ring if it suffered to what's online! Or need to report changes ! As once I put no it then showed my next payment

Since called hmrc yesterday evening. Wtc

Although I made the neccesary ammendments online to change os salaryand educed hours which could take upto 4 weeks to be approved, I decided to call as my reduced slary was showing-not my reduved hours.

Lovely advisor made the neccesary amendments and advised I'll hear in writing approx 2 weeks-excellent service.

I don't trust the Online thing anymore, you make a change on it get paperwork through the post that doesn't relate to the changes you made.


Also, there isn't an option of adding or updating extra income, so you have to ring anyway.


I've had so much paperwork and so many strange payments since using the Online system that I've decided I won't even try next time.

Though this is my 1st attempt via hmrc
As you advise it did indeed result in a phone call. Maybe it will improve as my hand writing is shocking with M.S.
Not too worry hopefully sorted in approx 2 weeks.

Does this amendment mean I won't have to re visit for July,s renewal?
