    If they are still cheaper than the renewal then you have nothing to complain about! Unless you could have got it cheaper now Admiral have rerated the risk.

    It would be inteeeting to see if they bite with your question and respond though.

    I just wanted to return to this thread and let you know how it all ended.

    Admiral called me today and informed that it was incorrect for the increase in premium to be more because of a driver education course compared to a TS10 conviction.

    They discussed the figures that should have been charged and let me know it was an error.

    Then they offered to refund the original charge for the premium increase as a goodwill gesture!

    I never asked for this or went down the complaints route so I am pretty happy to have such a good result. Admiral just went up in my estimation.

    Thanks again for all of your advice.
