Ah - I wasn't aware of that! So basically, no contact is the best bet. I haven't responded to any of their letters and they must have got my details from the DVLA.
Will continue to ignore and hope they get bored and go away.0 -
or 5 years elapses in which case the PPC (not DRP) cannot do anything at all
as stated above, there is no CCJ in Scotland and DRP have no powers to do anything at all
if you were taken to court and lost, pay up promptly and that is the end of it
the DVLA have given the PPC the keepers details, not the drivers details (because nobody knows who was driving , so keep it that way)0 -
