Help to prepare court papers

Hello
I am looking for all the help I can get to respond to with parking charges for parking on a private road, I had a parking permit which allowed me to park on this road.
Events are:-
In March I was visited by high court enforcement officers who had an enforcement order for a CCJ which I was not aware of (dated January 2017)
I paid almost £2000 to the enforcement officers
I made enquiries about the CCJ and discovered it involved 6 parking charges, the first in September 2013 and 5 dated January 2014 (2 were on the same day)
As I had not received any correspondence regarding these parking fines, and as at the time I had a permit to park on this road,I made a successful application for the judgement to be set aside.
I moved out of an apartment on this road on 31st January 2014, which is probably why I did not receive correspondence (I cannot recall receiving any correspondence re September 13 parking charge but it is a long time ago so I cannot be certain)
I have now received papers from the parking company which have been sent to the court and which have been copied to me claiming £600 and statutory interest at a rate of 8%
the court judgement ordered that I send to the court my defence before 15th May.
My questions are very basic (apologies to forum members)
How do I prepare papers and where do I send them?
I have asked the parking company (by email) for details of all the correspondence they have sent to me but have not yet received a reply. Yesterday I sent them a letter with the same request (which they have to sign to say they have received) but they will not receive it until Monday and time is running out for me to send papers to the court
I have also asked for photographs of the car windscreen. In a recent discussion with the parking company I was informed they did have these photographs and that I was required to display my parking permit when parked on this private road
My car at the time was a very old banger with a damaged side window. I would return to the car to find my parking permit was dislodged (although my tax disc always remained in place) on occasion the permit was on the front passenger seat and sometimes it had ended up down between the windscreen and the dashboard so only a small part of the permit could be seen. I am hoping that the photographs will show that even if the permit was not fully visible on the windscreen it could be seen. It seems unreasonable to issue five parking tickets (2 on the same day) in the space of 6 days
It would appear that the parking company did not make any real effort to find me. I moved to a property in the same area, I was on the electoral role. The court enforcement officers established my correct address within 24 hours of the court judgement.
I am nearly £2000 out of pocket which is adding to the significant stress of this whole process (I hope I can recover some/all of this) but at least the CCJ has been set aside.
I would welcome any advice on how to proceed.

Out of interest - when the set aside was granted did you get your £2000 back?0 -
This is quite a rare one. AIUI, if he shows/proves to the HCE that he'd got the judgment set aside, he gets a refund from them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
