Virgin Media charges for my elderly parents

Can anyone help please? I am looking into my parents Virgin Media bill which is almost £90 a month. They are both in their 80's and it seems a bit much for them to pay. I do have their latest bill but it is hard to understand. There are a few items on it but no prices for individual things, only a total. I would like to know what each of these are please and how much they might be costing:

Multi Talk 75
Talk Unlimited
V+HD monthly Fee
Fibre 20
Full House TV (XL)
Triple Combo Loyalty Discount

These come to £67.11 and then £19 line rental is also added, bringing the total to £86.11
Thanks for any help you can give.

If the bill is not itemised to 'your' satisfaction then the account holder needs to contact VM for a more detailed breakdown should they wish too

They have XL TV which they can reduce to basic to save money. MultiTalk 75 is the phone package and they could save by removing it. If the line rental saver is taken by paying 12 months in advance savings can be made there. Best is to get them to phone and pass the live call to you to negotiate. You should be able to get it down to under £40pm, but it will include 12m minimum term.
