I just accidentally marked an email in my Junk folder as Unsafe, and now its completely disappeared 
Its not in my deleted items. Is there any way I can retrieve it?

As it is server based then no.
However you can unblock the sender so that they are not on permanent block.
Options,
Safe and blocked senders,
Blocked senders.
scroll down the list in the right side window, highlight the sender and click, 'Remove from list'
