18185 "No Routes Found" message

Hi
This evening I've been getting an American recorded message after dialing mobile or UK landline calls via 18185.co.uk.
I have a BT line, the call seems to start ok - I get the "1.3p per minute " message, followed by some clicks, pauses then the American voice saying "No Routes Found".
Anyone else getting this?
My account is up to date and fully paid.

Appears to have been a temporary fault. 18185 couldn't identify it. Assume network congestion.0

I had same message two days ago using 18185 through BT.0
