Sealing chip in bathroom tile

We've just completely renovated our bathroom and have some beautiful ceramic tiles on the wall surrounding the shower. What we didn't realise until we grouted was that a few of the tiles have little chips in the edges which has picked up the grey grout. Assuming we can clean the grout out what would be best to seal the chips with? It's taken the surface of the tile off and exposed the porous centre.

We thought some clear sealant but have been told that may just peel off. Any ideas?

Warm the area(s) of tiles you want to seal using a hairdryer, as warm as you can get it without cracking the tiles. Warm some Araldite adhesive and hardener (not rapid, the 24 hour stuff) and mix it. Apply the Araldite to the cracked tiles and spread it as thinly as you can. Remove any excess. Leave for 24 hours. I've found the Araldite seems to be absorbed into the tiles and makes a good seal.

Don't forget Araldite does not dry perfectly clear.
