Signed up with them - said 10 days to connection - was a complete calendar month!
Call centres are in Doncaster area - but waiting time at least 30 minutes with a very annoying voice telling you they are very busy - always busy no matter when you try to contact.
Discovered I did not have caller ID - contacted and they advised me of price - finally agreed to pay
Been waiting to have this connected but due to length of time waited I again tried to contact their customer services, again waiting half an hour for call to be answered - only for them to say the order had not been actioned!!
I will be so glad when the year up front I have paid for is over - I have never dealt with such an disorganised and inept company.
