We're also looking for similar (although for slightly shorter trip for NYE)...we've done Morocco in the Winter before and personally I wouldn't recommend lovely when the sun is out in the day but freezing in your room at night!
We're looking at Malta or Lisbon or Southern Italy as ideas - not expecting hot but hoping for warm....0 -
