CP Plus - no POPLA code - Help!

Hi everyone,
sorry to start another thread. I have been reading many many threads on this site and others for a while but I can't find what to do in my situation.
I'm disputing a parking fine from CP Plus.
I sent a recommended template of appeal, pointing out how they go against the BPA code of practice and a few other points, asking for a POPLA code if they rejected it.
They sent a short email reply saying the charge still stands and nothing else... I replied asking specifically for a POPLA code and they did not reply.
Debt Recovery Plus is now sending me repeated letters about taking me to court -_-
I know I should ignore them but I can't ignore the CP plus charge can I?
Unsure what I should do at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance. I apologise if this is covered elsewhere. please point me in the right direction

Send a complaint email to the BPA, show them the PCN, your appeal and CP Plus' reply:
aos@britishparking.co.uk
Did you appeal within 28 days of the PCN? If you did, the operator HAD to offer POPLA, being a BPA member.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I did. They didn't even address the matter to say they wouldnt give me one. I'll email BPA but I'm worried they'll be on their side and not hear me out. Do these Codes of Practice mean anything to these people?
Its not quite like NTK law. I'm wondering whether it'll actually stand.0 -
