The dangers of not cycling

. Increased bicycle commuting benefits EVERYONE apart from those that work in the motor industry and maybe the government from reduced taxation income.
And not the pedestrians who get 15 bikes ploughing through red lights and smacking into them at every pedestrian crossing.
3 weeks later and I still haven't had a cancer heart attack by the way.0 -

Are you sure the saddle is high enough? Have you tried lower gears?0 -
I live in London, not riding a bike means I will live longer! Cyclists die on the roads in every week in London. I do plan on cycling in the summer in the parks using the Boris bikes, but never on the roads!
I decide to walk more instead, go swimming every so often and do other exercises. Rather than cycle in the polluted city that is London with lorry and bus drivers knocking cyclists over!0 -

I live in a city and cycling is terrifying here so no way am I ever getting on a bike! I do walk at least 5 miles a day and try to increase my pace to get out of breath, but maybe that hasn't got the supposedly magical health benefit cycling gives you!0
