House on with 2 agents can I call both?

The house I'm want to view is on with 2 different agents. I had no recommendations or opinions on either so just chose the one with the best particulars and photos. I'm now struggling to even get a viewing because this agent only has one person in the office able to do viewings for this property and he's always booked up and doesn't even work on a Sunday so no Sunday viewings at all on the house!
Can I phone the other agent and try and get the ball rolling with them instead or now I've made contact with the other am I stuck? Not sure how it works, if I could cause an issue by viewing and dealing with the other agent.
Thanks

Sure, if you can't get in with one agent, then call the other. You're not their client, so you're not locked in to either one. You could even view with one agent and then put an offer in with the other if you really wanted to.0

You can contact both. Most of the important stuff is dealt with by your solicitor and the seller's solicitor anyway.0

If you've contacted agent A asking to view a house, and they cannot provide you with an appointment, then I see no reason why you should not contact agent B to try and view it with them.
If you end up buying it then it's agent a's loss, maybe they will decide to employ extra staff in future!0 -

That would probably be a bad idea...
The first agent would say they introduced you, and the second agent would say they negotiated with you.
That might mean the seller has to pay a fee to both agents.
That puts you at a disadvantage compared to a buyer who has only dealt with one agent - as the seller would only have to pay one fee.0 -
Sure. Register your interest in the property with both agents.
If you end up buying, the seller will probably get a bill from both agents, but that's not your problem is it.........?0 -

It will become their problem when the seller says "I'm not selling to that buyer, they're going to cost me £1000 extra".0 -

You can but if you see the property with one, then the other won't do much after.
I went to see a flat with one EA and they were just very unresponsive later, I called the other EA and they told me that they couldn't take any offer [event though I had seen the place] and I had to stick to the unresponsive one!EU expat working in London0 -

That's good.
You either had a very honourable EA who was doing the 'right thing'...
... or a seller who had given clear instructions to the EA about previous viewers.
I have come across EAs who are much less honourable... who have taken the view that they don't care if the seller might have to pay 2 fees - as long as they get theirs.0 -
