RB's latest is concerning his car which his wife who gets AA chauffeurs him in. He said, when discussing speed humps that their Jaguar has to be driven very carefully as it is low set, yet he now says he had to climb out of a low car, on all fours.

At last his wife's condition has improved from the Andy days, as then she was housebound.
Oh I do wish people would quote me properly.

Yes my wife has to drive me around since I no longer hold a valid driving licence. If you want to call that chauffeuring, I won't object. I'm sure that there are thousands of people in the same position.
Yes she gets the day & night award of Attendance Allowance, and the needs that she claims for have nothing to do with her ability to drive a car.
Yes her new Jaguar is low set on the road and when going over speed humps she is aware of the ground clearance issue as would most good drivers.

I was quoting the experience I had with taking out a BMW Z4 for a test drive. I got in it but had to crawl out on all 4's. Obviously that car was not suitable. so we didn't buy it. - What is so wrong with that?

I also mentioned that whilst we were ordering her new car they had a Jaguar F Type. A beautiful machine. But the head said no so we bought the XE Portfolio in red with cream leather and interior.

Hopefully this recent ban is forever.
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)
