To whom is that remark directed?

I'd say that all the replies should have given you feedback that:

    - You original post was too long
    - Your communications need clarity

    My remark was for agrinnall

    I thanked yours.

OK, thanks but my advice stands I'm afraid.

One further point (and I am sorry to be blunt) in your long post you say.....
They said I am a bad communicator and they need someone they can communicate with.

It may help with future job applications etc to try and work on your skills in that area.

My post is long as I want people who want to answer to understand the whole situation. No one forced any of you to read it.
About the bad communicator - they meant not be able to talk to me on the phone while I was at work.
But of course I agree with you as it is my second language it is not my strongest skill.
Anyway thanks for those who gave useful advice.

OP - very simply they don't have to do anything. They don't have to hire you.

    Unfair? Maybe. Legal? Absolutely.

I appreciate you're annoyed but if your meeting or emails were even half as emotional as your post, I can understand their concerns about your suitability. Equally they were absolutely wrong the way they dealt with it, but you needed to escalate your concerns more vociferously. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

I'd suggest you move on and try and find the next opportunity.

If you can't give advice then why do you reply?

I haven't said I can't give advice, I just won't with an OP as you have written it because I'm not wasting my time reading it. Cut it down to the essentials and I might give it a try.

I can see why they have said poor communication. I am a driver myself.... could not imagine you on the PA in an emergency trying to explain something to be honest

If you want the job you need to keep on top of them to ensure you don't get lost. They have talent pools filled with people who want the job so unfortunately for you you are replaceable

    Don't give up.
