Sold flat, ground rent arrears post completion?

I recently sold my flat and during my ownership I made sure that ground rent was always upto date. Homeground are now trying to say that I had arrears of £23.40 which I did not know about nor was it communicated to me when I owned the flat. I have included my statement below which I requested from Homeground. It clearly shows that I paid each half yearly invoice for ground rent in advance on time. However the highlight line shows "back rent from July 2016 - June 2017 which does not make sense?
