Cancelling Hillarys Order

2 days ago (Wednesday), I purchased made to measure blinds from Hillarys. In their terms and conditions, is the following:
ii) Notwithstanding clause 9(i) above, Hillarys Blinds Ltd will accept cancellations of Orders placed provided that notice of cancellation is received within two calendar days starting with the date the Order is placed. Your cancellation must be received by email to enquiries@hillarysblinds.co.uk or by telephone on 0800 916 6500.
I called Hillarys this morning (Friday) and asked to cancel part of the order, I was told I was outside of the 2 days. They are saying that Wednesday counts as the first calendar day, despite the order being placed at 6 in the evening they are saying time is irrelevant, so not really a true 2 days.
I paid on my credit card in full, online, but don't want to pursue this avenue unless I have a chance of actually getting part of the money back.
Is that the case, do others agree? I'm interested in opinions.

within two calendar days
Fairly simple .
They don't say within 48 hours .

I'd agree with their interpretation tbh - two days as they would be on a calendar. So you order the 3rd with it starting the day you place the order and the 4th is your 2nd calendar day, the 5th is your 3rd and so outside of the prescribed period.
When you say made to measure blinds, did you provide exact measurements for them to make the blinds to or did you select a size from a range offered by the retailer? I think I know which answer is most likely but asking on the off chance. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
